Career Guidance

Career Guidance and Counselling is a process that will help one to know and understand oneself and the world of work in order to make career, educational, and life decisions. There are a number of factors that influence one's career development, including one's interests, abilities, values, personality, background, and circumstances.

Career development is more than just deciding on a major and what job one would want to get when one graduates. It is a lifelong process, meaning that throughout one's life, one will change, situations will change, and one will continually have to make career and life decisions.

Our Career Guidance test uses multiple questions that deal with our client's future goal, his/her strength and weaknesses, and his/her aspect of personal and professional life. The answers provided should be honest, because the information given during the test will help us to do proper counselling.

We at MHS, give our client, an idea about which job our client will be suitable to, after thorough study of the answers given by the client.


We at MHS, not only help our client to make the decisions that the client need to make now, but we give our client the knowledge and skills required to make future career and life decisions.

Our Exclusive Career Guidance Test can be utilised for a student studying from Class VIII onwards until Post Graduation.

We also use the MCMF Tool developed by Pearson.
